Our working process - how we work for our customers

Planning
Receive orders from our customers. Analyse the order with part numbers and
its quantity and check if all items are as per the country's specifications.
Give customers an acknowledgement of the order with the quotation and update
them in every stage till
it reaches out to them.

PROCESSING
Place order to the OEM's / Manufacturer / Distributors and process the order
that are required other than existing stocks. Check the everyday billing
status and follow-up with the company for the critical parts.

Execute
Receive the inward materials at our warehouse and check for any
discrepancies. Start packing the materials as per the order with a clear
marking written in the boxes along with the box number and prepare a packing
list and invoice.

Document
Once the invoice and packing list is ready we move it for the customs filing
i.e. government clearance and arrange for the 20/40 Ft container. As we have
a certified license we bring the container to our warehouse and start
stuffing the materials with
our supervision and seal the containers and send them to the vessel after
loading.

DELIVER
Meanwhile we receive the payment from the customers and hand over all the
required documents to them over courier and mail them the scanned copies for
their import and government clearance in their country. 24x7 assistance
provided for the customers before
and after sending the materials.
